I think it's time to come out in favor of immediate withdrawal from Iraq now. I waffle no more.

Let's get the fuck out. Let's pull out like some pully outty motherfuckers. Let's pull out like we don't know shit about contraception.

No phased withdrawal, certainly no "prolonged surge" (which aside from sounding decidedly kinky is just marketing-speak for ESCALATION)

Anyhow, the only reason we're still there is to set up for invading Iran, which would be the biggest mistake of our lifetimes.

Get the fuck out. Get the fuck out NOW. CUT AND RUN.

My sentiments exactly. I believe that pretty much everyone except the heads of administration would be thrilled to get out of there, if for no other reason than to stop the needless deaths of the troops. I like to think that saving Americans' lives outweighs the fear of 'Islamo-fascism' (which is a silly term anyway). Bush most likely wants to keep the US over there until a new President takes office and will have to clean up his mess.

I don't think that at all. I think he doesn't see it as a mess at all.
I think he sees it as the world misunderstanding that this is all just a part of the greater plan. Besides, you can't leave now, then you wouldn't be able to do staging for the Iran invasion. He doesn't care what anyone says, he still believes he's doing the right thing. He's the decider, for chrissakes.
