no! it is tooth-colored. as a matter of fact, the very weird dentist lady told me that it will be "invisible"

i wanted a silver tooth, which, for i while i thought was an option, but it turns out that the silver filling couldn't be anchored very well with as large of a break as i had. oh well.

Oh, is it one of those ones that's set in your jaw with a screw?

My stepmother got some of those that were supposedly "tooth" colored. Since she was a short-term smoker and a coffee drinker she had to get her teeth bleached to match it.

no, the tooth-colored enamel has a higher adhesion, apparently, so doesn't need a bunch of anchoring, or as much anchoring. of course, this is all assumed, since the dentist was so stultifyingly, award-winningly non-communicative.
