Colorado Springs, a tourist town which may be described as the central shining city on the hill for the American Conservative movement is beginning to get a taste of what small government is like, after years of tax cutting conservative city governments.

• No mowing in green spaces
  
• No watering in green spaces
  
• Rec centers, pools & museums will close for good March 31
  
• Street paving cut by 90%
  
• No busses on evenings and weekends
  

I'm sure the invisible hand of the free market will solve those problems though, if they pray hard enough.
