while flipping through an old issue of ND magazine, i wondered "where" the underground is now?

it was decentralized before, now it's, what? DE-decentralized?
i dunno, maybe there's a hub somewhere i haven't found yet, but it sure seems like a bunch of individuals floundering around without a network to me.

i think i may feel like drawing...
