all day mucking with this kompuner thing, and we're getting close to back to normal.
i say tentatively.

while doing all my installation / diagnostic / bleehhh work today, i put on a few cassettes from the tape-trader days.
notably, Bruce Atchison "Lagomorph" and Static Insect's "Of Stasis and Subterfuge" and "Unconscious / Phalanx"
i never liked the "Lagomorph" tape much, but Static Insect held up better than i would've thought. i always did like some of his work, as irritating as it occasionally was.


these tapes reminded me quite vividly and frighteningly of my big, scary entire-cassette-underground remix project idea i had at one time. the idea was to sample something from every undergrounder/home-taper cassette that i have and weave it into a groovy megamix thing. i may do it someday.
who would care, other than i?
who dares ask such questions?

oh yeah...

and anxiety disorder sucks balls.
my chest is thumping out of my ribcage right now, y'all. teh suck.

however Frank Zappa's "Jazz From Hell" is fucking excellent in every way.
