i posted this in the comments of sleepsleep's journal, and i thought that i was so preciously cleverclever that i ought to reproduce it here, what what?

the conservative hierarchy of importance of living (or so they believe) things:

1. cops
2. unborn fetuses
3. Ronald Reagan
4. God
5. anyone in a government or business that could make them money
6. decent god-fearing, tax-paying americans
7. other "americans"
8. tobacco plants
9. people from other god-fearing countries
10. people in 'other' countries
11. illegal immigrants
12. edible living things
13. all them other things that are alive.
