I had a dream about work where I realized I was going about my business but had no clothes on, and so I was pretty embarrassed about that.

I haven't had one of those classic types of dreams in a long time.

Bill Clinton is a Ninja

• I work in a industrial park, the managers of the facility spray herbicidal agents frequently and liberally. So much so that the chemical stench is overwhelming on the sidewalk twenty feet away... for weeks.
  
• John Bolton is an asshole.
  
• A sudden blur of action next to the computer screen, turns out a smallish house spider, probably a gnaphosid, had descended into the web of a cellar spider. The spindly, fragile looking cellar spider, a much smaller spider, was frantically wrapping the prey. The drama has gone on now for half an hour or so. Looks like the little cellar spider has quite an enormous catch to feast upon.
  
• For some reason car troubles and computer troubles bother me in some existential way. I have very disturbing dreams about the car breaking down. So, it's no surprise that having all of my delays not working on my music programs at home has me feeling... worried.
  
• Hot weather sucks. Everyone else acts like it's the greatest thing ever. Sure I'd prefer it to bitter cold, but it sure is hard to get the energy up to work when it's so hot. Especially when the temperature in my office gets above ninety, as it regularly does in the Summer.
  
• Fake well funded protesters. What are they protesting? They're fighting for massive profits and against anything that might benefit someone who's not spectacularly rich. Fuck fake protesters. I want me some health care reform goddamn it.
  
• Wifey is becoming awesomely good at driving the truck with standard transmission that we own. She's still very self-doubting, but she's pretty much got it nailed. All she needs now is confidence.
  
• Even though time has elapsed, in reflection, I still think that John Bolton is an asshole.
  
• I've been playing Doom 64 again. This is the third time through it. I love that fucking game. The soundtrack I think may be most of the reason. It's mostly creepy dark ambient drones. I need some more Nintendo 64 games, since that's the only real game console in the house.
  
• One other thing I like about the game is that after you kill a demon, there's a pile of guts in the spot where you killed it that remains there until you pass the level. It doesn't matter that you've gone away and then come back later, that ugly pile of stinking innards is still there stewing away.
  
• My beard is looking goofy again. This may be because I'm going through a self-conscious phase (again) but it seems like the beard goes through a wave-like pattern of looking strange then looking attractive, then looking strange again. It's very long and spindly and peculiar.
  
• Cellar spider is eating now.
