words of wisdom from
Mar. 13th, 2002 05:56 pmratz.
a long time ago i heard this wonderfully tacky, slightly creepy song by Max Romeo, which was a pop hit in 1966,
"i'll buy you a rainbow, to put on your finger..."
audiogalaxy don't got it.
they have a slew of things by the same guy after he did songs with naughty words that were banned by the radio,
and a bunch of things he did after he became a reggae rastafarian guy.
audiogalaxy has been no-win on a lot of obscure stuff i've been hunting for lately.
i just tried to find the long out of print 808 state + Jon Hassell stuff,
which at least brought back a search result, but zero availability.
also a no-go on the out of print illusion of safety "of & the",
long out of print hafler trio "kill the king"
pooches, i am vexed.

Mar. 13th, 2002 09:48 pmwoo hoo!
i found a site that netcasts "the Music of Your Life (tm)" which played the best mix of the worst ever music...
i listened to it religiously at work for over a year.
fuckin' A.
i know what i'll be utilising work's T1 line for come tomorrow.
