my ISP is jacking me around and has suspended my service... and it's like searching for the holy grail attempting to get in contact with someone who has authority to do anything about it.

this has happened several times today:

guy on phone at ISP: "hey, listen your connection is bad, can i call you right back?"

me: "sure, i'm at 970-***-**** ext. 242"

guy at ISP: "ok, i'll call you right back."

15 minutes later nothing.

no single person has called me back from the multitude of times i've called there.

i haven't received any replies to my emails, because they all bounce back.
