vuzhi should be proud of myself for making it through the second 2 hour + class of capoeira, and going at it longer before pooping out.
i shouldn't be beating myself up inside for not being very good at it yet, since i've only gone to two classes.
i shouldn't be beating myself up inside for learning slower than the others, that's just the way i am.
i should be beaming with pride for challenging myself, my physical condition and coordination.
i'm trying.
