but had anyone else but me noticed an escalation of anti-palestinian propaganda in the US media in the recent weeks?

there was one, and it had made me angry,

on a personal level, all i can think about today, is that what i'm doing at work is totally hollow, shallow, pointless.

in my mind's eye, i can see concentration camps popping up everywhere for Arabs. obviously, everyone's still working on the assumption that it's Palestinians that have carried out this attack, but who else?
maybe it was fellow Americans?
no one could believe it when Tim McVeigh was arrested... ?

there have been death threats to Arab American organizations and businesses.


to state again, propaganda and speculation are escalating along with defenses.

people on the radio saying all those foreigners in america need to go back to where they came from.
fear makes racism come to the front.
i just heard a guy on the radio actually say that he thought the japanese-american concentration camps after pearl harbor WEREN'T A BAD IDEA !!!

also people maintaining strongly that the U.S. is totally innocent and could never have done anything to warrant this attack.
apparently these people must think that people attack the US with no motive. "hey, let's go kill a bunch of people for no reason."

my fellow americans are now scaring me.


i think "cowardly" isn't the most proper term for this attack.

someone mentioned that the kids who did the columbine high school massacre had planned a very similar attack...
they had planned to hijack a plane and crash it into a building in new york

...and one of them would have had a birthday today
